King Biscuit Flour

Ok so I was on a internationally broadcasted blues show. Yep, I am pretty amazed by that fact. Let me start from the beginning.
So we decided to visit Helena, Arkansas just to check it off our list. Little did we know that it was the blues capitol of the South! King Biscuit Flour has been broadcasted in Helena for a looong time.
We toured the Delta Cultural Center and loved all their displays. The lady behind the front desk told us that Sonny ( Deejay of the station) broadcasted at the museum everyday at 12:15. So we hung around and came back at 12:15 of course.
We were invited on the show by the nice elderly man who runs it. It was his 16,627th show!! We answered his questions and I read an ad perfectly! We thanked him tremendously, then ate some amazing soul food. Who knew what could happen in a small town like Helena, Arkansas?
