We drove out onto Presque Peninsula , which is located on Lake Erie. The lake is huge and looks like an ocean. Me and Kali played in the sand on the beach ,and it felt amazing to be on a beach again! We ran up and down the shore and a little ways into the surf.
The Great Lakes are as their names describe them: great. Superior is over 1,000 feet deep in some parts! The lakes attract many people, because to people up here that is their Gulf of Mexico. Beaches, seagulls, and waves are everywhere, just like I like it.
